Soitron, the new shareholder of the company Datanet Systems

Bucharest, January 13, 2010. Datanet Systems, a leader in the market for networking and communications solutions in Romania, announces the purchase of a package of 51% of its shares by the company Soitron a.s., one of the most important system integrators in Slovakia. Soitron is one of the leaders in the Slovak market of communications and IT infrastructure solutions and services. This acquisition is part of the new regional development strategy of Soitron, which is controlling other two companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

By acquiring the majority stake of Datanet Systems, Soitron looks confident its ascent, by exploiting the rich experience accumulated in the area of integrated communications, as well as in areas not covered so far by Datanet Systems, such as managed services and IT infrastructure management solutions.
